ABOUT D.P. SIBAL
An artist of diverse talents, the spectrum of Sibal’s creativity encompasses many hues & dimensions, though painting remained his abiding love. Sibal received his Fellowship in the 1960’s from the International Institute of Arts & Letters Switzerland. Sibal has had an extensive experience both in Inida & Abroad Recently Sibal was honored by the President of the National Assembly of Slovenia for his contribution in the field of Art at the Embassy of Slovenia in New Delhi.
